Devi is convener of the Awakening the World Project linking indigenous tribes around the world to invite the revitalization of natural human wisdom. She has been Head of the Sufi Healing Order in North America since 1999, and is also the head of the Art of Healing Foundation.  Devi has over 30 years experience teaching meditation and healing practices. She travels throughout the world, being with Elders and Healers and Wisdom Keepers of the many Indigenous tribes.  She lectures, conducts workshops and leads healing retreats in the US, Canada, New Zealand, Australia India and Europe. She has presented to audiences at medical schools and developed Healing Retreats specifically for seekers, workers, medical professionals. Devi integrates the timeless healing tools of yoga, the wisdom of the essential world and the healing and meditative practices. She is the creator of Inner Yoga Therapy, a method of releasing discomfort in the body, mind and spirit.  She was a delegate to the UN Millennium World Summit in 2000, and was the first woman to bring the teaching of healing from the west to the annual Sufi Conference in Hyderabad, India. Lately she is letting go of distinctions and differences in a message of the unity of the one world family and our covenant with all life.
